Virtual Scholarship Auditions!!

The Jeffrey Carollo and Frank Calabrese Music Scholarship Program provides financial assistance for students ages 18 and under from New Jersey to study classical music privately at Newark School of the Arts. Lessons are offered in voice, piano, strings, woodwinds and select brass. Students take classes in music theory and have performance opportunities throughout the year.

Interested NJ residents up to the age of 18 are welcome to apply. Please submit 2 contrasting works of the classical repertoire by submitting them as private Youtube Links.

Here are a few guidelines:
1. You can use a phone to record yourself performing.
2. The performances should not be edited.
3. Upload two contrasting pieces of the classical repertoire. One of these pieces needs to be a complete movement. It is acceptable if the other link includes a partial performance of another work currently in progress.
4. Do not use a previously recorded performance.
